His responsiveness to emails/calls/texts were almost immediate which we (or anyone would) appreciated so much. This was our second home purchase and it was extremely smooth. Fantastic and personable. I found Jacob early on in my long home search. He told me from the first showing that he would be willing to show me a hundred properties until I found the right one for me, and he did just about that! It was incredibly clear that his goal was to help my wife and I find the right home for us, not just to sell us on a quick property.
